Employee Advances

Salary advances are short-term loans against future salary:

Loan Management Workflow

  1. Employee applies for loan
  2. Manager reviews application
  3. HR approves or rejects
  4. Set loan terms and conditions
  5. Generate loan agreement
  6. Disburse loan amount
  7. Track repayments
  8. Update payroll with deductions

Recording Loans in Payroll

  1. Go to Loans → Employee Loans
  2. Click "Add New Loan"
  3. Select employee and loan type
